Return / exchange request

Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided that the products are unused and in their original condition.

Send us your details and order number so that we can arrange your return or exchange.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you to confirm the return. You can then send the items back using the method agreed with us.

If you would like a different item, size or colour, we recommend placing a new order promptly to reserve it, noting that you have submitted a return / exchange request. We will agree the payment method and any price difference with you.
